Overnight and 2-Day delivery is available for orders placed weekdays by 3:00 p.m. EST (order must ship to a physical address). Please note: Overnight and 2-day shipments are delivered on business days only.

Orders shipping to PO Boxes in Alaska or Hawaii can take significantly longer than 3-7 business days to arrive, so we strongly recommend providing a physical address rather than a PO Box if shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

Our shipping and processing charge compensates us for the cost of processing an order, handling and packaging the products purchased, insurance of those products, and delivery.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with each product you purchase from us. If you should need to return a product, please process the return through the location where you purchased it. If your purchase was made on our website, please contact us at:customercare@versantebodycare.com or toll-free at: 800-769-1545 so that we may assist you in the return of your items.

We gladly accept the return of any unopened products in their original condition. Returned items can only be accepted within 15 days of original shipment date. Shipping charges are non-refundable on returns and exchanges. Your credit card will be refunded as soon as we receive your returned shipment.

If you receive products that were damaged in transit, please email us at: customercare@versantebodycare.com or call: 800-769-1545 as soon as possible. We will ship you the replacement product and instruct you how to best return the damaged product to us.

Back Order Policy

We do everything we can to avoid backorders. However, due to our high standards for the finest botanical ingredients, sometimes there is a waiting period for such exceptional quality. We automatically create a backorder for the item and ship it when it becomes available. YOU do not incur additional shipping charges for backordered items. If you prefer NOT to wait for a backordered item, please call our Customer Care department or send an email and let us know.

Versante is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information with any other outside company. From time to time, we may send you an email to inform you of an upcoming event or product special. We do collect information from our customers to enable us to process orders, provide quality customer service, and to continue to provide you with the finest bath and body products. In order to process an order, we need your name, phone number, billing address, shipping address, credit card information, e-mail address and phone number. The last two are for purposes of verification in cases of an incorrect address, or suspected fraud. This information is collected in a secured environment and is protected against unauthorized access.
